This is a mini web site set up for you to give you as much information as we can as quickly as we can. FIRST STEP First Download and Install and TEST the Program - Click Here  Please click on the link above to go to our Download Page, select the Version you have purchased, and then download  and install the program you have purchased. Launch program by clicking Trial Mode. Make sure you hook up a camera and are able to view it within the program. If you are having any installation problems, please read the Support FAQ. If you need our personal support email us your question, or better yet, email us a description of the problem and your phone number. We will call you very quickly. Do not waste a lot of time if you are having problems. Contact us before any frustration starts to set in!!!!! Please retain the email we will be sending you containing your License Key as it contains important information such as your Transaction ID.

Each License Key allows you to register the (4, 8 or 16 camera) PICO2000® 1.9 ORS software on a single PC depending on the version you have purchased and downloaded.

When you enter the License Key and click the Register button, the License Key and a hardware ID are sent to our registration server. The hardware ID is made up of various PC hardware components of your computer including CPU, system hard drive and network card. This process ensures that a single License Key is associated with a single PC.

Changes to your PC hardware or re-installing the operating system may invalidate your registration because the hardware IDs have changed and the PC is no longer recognized.

We can accepts no responsibility for the invalidation of registration codes due to system changes.

It is highly recommended that your PC setup be completely finalized before registering the software.

Make sure your operating system is completely up to date and stable and that the Free Trial version runs correctly on your system before registering the software.

• Internet connection required for registration. After registration the Internet connection can be disabled but the Network card must remain in the system.
