This item comes with an
extended two year replacement warranty.
We Confirm your Orders
We confirm each order with
you by phone. We confirm your full name, your email address,
your ship to address, your telephone number and then we confirm
to you our shipping method and time for delivery. Please make
sure your telephone number on your eBay/Paypal accounts are
up-to-date.
In Stock or Not?
We only list items that we regularly stock.
HOWEVER, very occasionally we
may be temporarily out of stock.
As our eBay listings do not auto
sync with our inventory we could have a shipping delay.
But, if we do, we will immediately
do one of the following:
1. We may send you a substitute
item, that is better than what you ordered. If there is a
substantial material difference in the item, we will contact you
first to obtain your permission and agreement.
2. If we do not have a suitable
substitution, we will contact you immediately to give you a
specific shipping date or to discuss
Delivery and Shipping
Location
We ship from several different locations. We have warehousing in
Hong Kong, Texas, Long Island N.Y, Ohio, Illinois, California, our
shop in Saskatchewan, Canada and we have a factory in China. We
ship from all locations.
This item is sent to you by Fedex direct from our
warehouse in California.
Very occasionally we are
temporarily out of stock.
We will ship this item
within 1-3 working days from receipt of your payment. It should be
delivered within 2-5 days after that.

Canadian orders are shipped by International Priority mail!
Mainland USA
Orders
Buyers usually experience a 2-5day delivery period from date of
shipping, depending on State.
All other Countries
We ship to every country in
the world. Please email us for shipping information to your
country if you live outside of Mainland USA
Notices
We use eBay's Auction
Management program Selling Manager Pro. It will send you -
1. A confirmation of your purchase with the invoice and a chance
to pay by PayPal.
2. Reminders until your funds are received.
3. A confirmation of the receipt of your funds.
4. A shipping notice when the item leaves our warehouse.

notices, then we suggest

2. Make sure your registered eBay email address is current.

Signature
Required
All our orders require a
signature. PayPal and eBay require us to use that type of service.
In order to qualify for Seller and Buyer Protection, we must be
able to provide online proof of delivery.
If there is nobody home a delivery notice is supposed to be left
at the door with instructions on how you can either pick up the
shipment from the local courier or post office, or arrange another
delivery. You have 30 days to do this.
Occasionally that notice is not left or is overlooked. If you need
us to check the exact status of your order,

Shipping
and Handling Charge
This item is free to ship within
the mainland United States.
All of our auctions shipped to International
locations include a handling charge. That is why we refer to
"shipping and handling".
We use the handling
charge to cover our shipping department costs, both labor and
packaging materials, boxes, tape, filler and labels, as well as
fuel surcharge charges.
There are important savings on shipping, handling and insurance
costs for multiple orders. See above.
Tracking Information
We can send you tracking
numbers AFTER you have
received our shipping notice. Please be patient with us as we tend
to attend to phone calls and technical issues first.
If we neglect to respond within 24 hours to your tracking number
request, please send us a "Friendly
Reminder"
Canadian Buyers and Taxes
GST and PST Taxes are collected by Canada Post.
All Canadian Sales are subject to GST and PST taxes. There is
small handling charge placed by Canada Post, usually $8.00, for
collecting taxes.
