All of our auctions
include a handling charge. That is why
we refer to "shipping and handling".
We use the handling charge to
cover our shipping department costs, both labor and packaging
materials, boxes, tape, filler and labels, as well as fuel
surcharge charges.
There are substantial savings on
shipping, handling and insurance costs for multiple orders. See

Combining
Orders
If you purchase
2 orders from us, we reduce the shipping, handling and
insurance by 20% on both orders.
If you purchase
3 orders from us, we reduce the shipping, handling and
insurance on all 3 orders by 25%
If you purchase
4 or more orders from us, we reduce the shipping,
handling and insurance on all your orders by 30%
Multiple orders
must be completed within 7 days of the first purchase to
qualify.
Once you have
completed your purchases and won your auctions, please email
us that you are finished and we will send you a REVISED combined
invoice reflecting the lower shipping, handling and insurance
costs.
Your combined shipments may be shipped to you from one or up
to all four of
our locations.

We
ship from seven different locations. We have warehousing in
the States (Illinois, Ohio and New York), Hong Kong, our shop in Saskatchewan, Canada, and we have a factory in China.
We ship directly to you from all seven locations.
The cameras, capture cards, small cables, some power adaptors
and USB capture devices are shipped to you by International
Registered Air Mail from our factory in China. The 25 foot and
larger and heavier cables with power adaptors are usually
shipped to from our US warehouse.
You should count on us shipping this item within 3-6 working
days of your payment arriving. Often we will be faster.

Insurance
All shipments
MUST
be insured. This policy prevents disappointment. Our insurance
includes the cost of the outgoing shipping cost of the item,
so you are FULLY
covered.
You are protected, for not only the value of the item, but
also for the shipping cost that you have paid to have the item
shipped to you.
If the item is lost or damaged in
transit, we handle all of the claim work from our end.
All Freight Claims must be
settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds.

Canadian Buyers and Taxes
All Canadian Sales are subject to GST tax. PayPal will

after "ship date" and "delivery date". It does
