Shipping and Handling Charge
All of our auctions include a handling charge. That is why we refer to "shipping and handling". We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department costs, both labor and packaging materials, boxes, tape, filler and labels, as well as fuel surcharge charges.

There are substantial savings on shipping, handling and insurance costs for multiple orders. See below

Combining Orders

If you purchase 2 orders from us, we reduce the shipping, handling and insurance by 20% on both orders.

 

If you purchase 3 orders from us, we reduce the shipping, handling and insurance on all 3 orders by 25%

 

If you purchase 4 or more orders from us, we reduce the shipping, handling and insurance on all your orders by 30%

 

Multiple orders must be completed within 7 days of the first purchase to qualify.

 

Once you have completed your purchases and won your auctions, please email us that you are finished and we will send you a REVISED combined invoice reflecting the lower shipping, handling and insurance costs.

Your combined shipments may be shipped to you from one or up to all four of our locations.

Notices
We use eBay's Auction Management program Selling Manager Pro. It will send you -

1. A confirmation of your purchase with the invoice and a PayPal link.
2. Reminders until your funds are received.
2. A confirmation of the receipt of your funds.
3. A shipping notice when the item leaves our warehouse.

Finally. positive feedback is left automatically once a week for any member who has paid and who has left positive feedback for us.

Delivery
We ship from several different locations. We have warehousing in Long Island, Ohio, Illinois, Montana, in Hong Kong, our shop in Saskatchewan, Canada and we have a factory in China. We ship from all  locations.

This cameras is MOST likely in stock. Very occasionally we are temporarily out of stock.

The camera is sent to you by International Registered Air Mail direct from our factory in China.

Everything should be delivered within 14-17 days.

International Registered Air Mail
We ship by International Registered Air Mail, our shipments do not require a broker, They arrive right to your door. We guarantee you will have no customs fees or duties to pay.

North American Orders
Buyers usually experience a 9-13 day delivery period from date of shipping, depending on State/Province/Territory.

All other Countries
We ship to every country in the world. Please email us for shipping information to your country if you live outside of North America.

Shipping Location
We ship from seven different locations. We have warehousing in the States (Illinois, Ohio and New York), Hong Kong, our shop in Saskatchewan, Canada, and we have a factory in China. We ship directly to you from all seven locations.

The cameras, capture cards, small cables, some power adaptors and USB capture devices are shipped to you by International Registered Air Mail from our factory in China. The 25 foot and larger and heavier cables with power adaptors are usually shipped to from our US warehouse.

You should count on us shipping this item within 3-6 working days of your payment arriving. Often we will be faster.

Insurance
All shipments MUST be insured. This policy prevents disappointment. Our insurance includes the cost of the outgoing shipping cost of the item, so you are FULLY covered.

You are protected, for not only the value of the item, but also for the shipping cost that you have paid to have the item shipped to you. 

If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we handle all of the claim work from our end. All Freight Claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds. 

Canadian Buyers and Taxes
All Canadian Sales are subject to GST tax. PayPal will automatically calculate the GST in most cases, adding it to your payment. Please be careful that you do not add it twice.

Saskatchewan Residents are subject to PST as this is a new item. 

Tracking Information
We can send you tracking numbers AFTER you have received our shipping notice. Please be patient with us as we tend to attend to phone calls and technical issues first. If we neglect to respond within 24 hours to your tracking number request, please send us a "Friendly Reminder"

International Registered Air Mail Service tracking shows up 2-3 days after "ship date" and "delivery date". It does not give you progress tracking.

General Information
Bidders may pay with PayPal, Money Order or Personal Check. You can email us funds from a Canadian Bank if you have online banking.

Payment MUST be received within 10 days from the close of the auction. MONEY ORDERS MUST BE NEGOTIABLE IN CANADA!  (U.S. bidders: green postal money orders are not cashable in Canada and will be returned. If you decide to pay by money order it has to be an International Money Order.)

Personal checks from US residents will require 28 days to clear. Personal checks from Canadian residents will require 21 days to clear.

There is no local pickup available for this auction and no third party shipping carrier can be used.

We ship to every country. Email us BEFORE bidding if you are outside the North American continent. We will send you a quote for shipping costs. Sorry, no international personal checks at this time.
