How
Fast Can I Get My Order?
The time from when you pay, to
the time when you receive the goods, is typically 14 days.
Order processing, warehouse picking and packing, and dispatch:
same day or 1 business day for orders up to 50pcs.
You can arrange faster shipping
times by emailing us to quote you for the additional DHL, UPS,
EMS or Fedex shipping costs to upgrade you to a faster service.

The default class of service is International Registered Air Mail.
It takes 1-2 days to pack and ship the item from our
Shenzhen warehouse, in mainland China. Then the order is
brought by land to customs in Hong Kong, a journey of
just a couple of hours. It may spend a day or two in
Hong Kong customs before it is put on a plane to go to
your Country's main Post Office Distribution Center.
In total and on average, delivery times will normally
range from 8-14 days.
DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT: 2-5

Registered Air Mail After your shipment leaves from the DuncansOnline warehouse in
Shenzhen, China, the shipment goes to the airport in Hong Kong or in
Guangzhou, and then it goes to your nearest major logistics hub.
From there the goods are delivered by the local Post Office truck.
Import / Customs: Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the
courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm
details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is
required for customs clearance, DuncansOnline will assist you fully.
Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your
goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but
if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you
receive the products.

Please note that you are
responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of
importing your ordered items in your country - and about the
legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are
not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities
or any associated costs incurred. Please read the full small

Customs clearance is
undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country
(and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be
available for contact by them, in the event of any query or
clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the
regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

Fewer than half of 1% of all DuncansOnline products
have any warranty or
quality issue.
In the unlikely event there is
a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable
unusable during the 24 months after shipping from our warehouse,
we will accept a return. Returns will be shipped to either our
International Head Office in Canada, or direct to our warehouse
in China. This will depend on the item or on your country. For
example all items less than 4 pounds shipped to the North
American continent are to be returned to our Canadian address.
When we receive the goods we will either repair the item, or
offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.
If you experience any problem
with a product bought from DuncansOnline, contact us first and
we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed
with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent back to us
with an Authorization Number.
In the event of any returned
goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty,
your shipping costs returning the products to the DuncansOnline
are payable by you.
Physical damage to a product
caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or
modify components; or flashing the firmware or using
non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
Read the item description
carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do
assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible
region / compatibility inconsistencies, we can not accept
returns of products which were simply mis-ordered by you.
If you are in an NTSC video color region, don't order PAL
products for your market. Check if your country's networks will
match the GSM frequency bands of Cell Phones you are ordering.
If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order left side
passenger sun visor Car DVD Monitors! Duh!
Additionally, there are some
(cool) types of gadgets including for example (but not limited
to) radio signal jammers, high powered lasers, and
could-be-considered-medical products like e-cigarettes, that are
not legal (booo!) to import into certain countries.
As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to
find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered
items are subject to import restrictions. DuncansOnline will
ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in
the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to
clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the
goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized.
In addition DuncansOnline is not responsible for informing you
of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.
We will not be responsible for
any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or
other hardware / software during / related to installation of
any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal
loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
Delivery time: If there is a
possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll
contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in
separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger
orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to
send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we
will contact you about any delay.
Chinese New Year is also known as “Spring Festival” in
Chinese. Similar to how Christmas is important to western
culture; the Chinese New Year is THE most
important period in Chinese calendar. For it marks the end
of winter, and signals the beginning of a new lunar
year.
Chinese people start to clear out all the old dust
around the house in hopes of getting rid of misfortunes and
bad luck of the past year and welcoming good luck and
happiness.
It is also the time for Chinese family to gather
for their reunion celebration.
The traditional spring festival
is a 15 days celebration that starts from the first day of
new lunar year, and ends with “lantern festival” day on the
15th.
Chinese New Year 2012 marks the beginning of the year
of “Dragon”, which symbolize prosperity, wisdom and power.
According to Chinese astrology, people who are born in the
year of dragon are smart, self-motivated, and independent.
They are unafraid of challenges, and willing to take risks,
but their passion sometimes will make them feel exhausted.
Because Chinese New Year is also a consecutive 9 days of
public holiday. DuncansOnline Shenzhen warehouse will be closed
from January 22nd to January 30th. Please note the following
important dates for your order process and delivery:
(EST) 12 PM 16th January: This is the final
cut off time for all normal order processing and delivery.
Any order placed pass this cut off time cannot be
guaranteed to ship before the Holiday shuutdown..
17th January to 30th January:
DuncansOnline can only provide partial services for
certain couriers and class of orders. Please expect
a delay in order processing and delivery.
31st January to 7th February: Our Shenzhen
office/warehouse is fully operational with all staff back to work.
However we will need some time to clear the backlog orders.
7th February: All things back to normal,
and Happy 2012.
For our installers,
the best way to avoid the frustration is to stock up
everything for 1 month by mid January, so you will
not need to place another order until everything is
back to normal.
How long can I expect the delay/disruption
to last?
Delay can last as
long as 15 days.
What should I do if I am not happy with the
delay or other complication caused by the Chinese
New Year period?
Customers who get
caught by delays in this period and wish to cancel
or change their orders will be given prompt refunds
or other assistance as fast as possible.
Will some products become not available
during the Chinese New Year period?
Yes, there will be
some products that are sold out and no longer
available until we restock again in February.
DuncansOnline has always been frank and honest about
our stock, and we will not take any orders of "fake"
stock.
