RMA #
All returns MUST be pre-authorized with an RMA #.
Any returns sent without this number are without pre-authorization and will be refused.

OUTSIDE of the package of the item to be returned.
Return Comment
A comment must also be CLEARLY written on the OUTSIDE of the package,
next to the RMA#, e.g. "Return for Warranty Repair" or "Return
for Warranty Replacement"

This comment must be written CLEARLY on the OUTSIDE of the package of the
item to be returned.
Please pack the item properly.
Be sure to insure
the package you send to us......this way, if it is lost you will be covered.
A computer entry that states the item is delivered is NOT ENOUGH as the
delivery man can leave the parcel outside our door and it can be stolen. In
case this happens our signature is required for proof of delivery.
The return must be mailed.

Caution -
Do NOT return ANY shipment
to us by UPS or FEDEX
These carriers require special
brokerage and handling charges to be paid for shipments coming into Canada.
We are NOT SET UP with them to act as our
brokers.
We must refuse any shipments sent to us this way.
Please mail the item cheapest
surface mail - no insurance or tracking is necessary.
The cost of shipping rate will likely be
$5.00 or less.
Please email us when the item is shipped to
us.
We will replace the item "without waiting"
for your return to arrive.
As soon as you have mailed the item to us,
confirm this to us by email.
Please also confirm the return mail cost. We
will not only replace the item right away, but
we will also reimburse you for the
return mail charge (less than $5.00) upon receipt of your item, and after we
have confirmed that it is defective.
This return authorization is granted for a
30 day period. If we have not received an email from you that the return has
been sent to us within that 30 day period the authorization is canceled.
